The Ngong, Matasia and Bulbul rugby boys had a one week rugby training camp at the Center of Creative Rugby Ngong Hills from 10th to 16th April 2015.
The training program entailed fitness, game plan. The assistant Captain of Kenya 15s and coach of Ultimate Rugby Ken Andola had a two day session with the boys. He worked on key factors of passing and a few game plan.
